Bath panels are about the enhancement of the beauty of restroom

During my years of bathroom renovation, I have been installing many of these acrylic bath panels and shower panels and seen others installing them. Some of these items are made of plastic or acrylic materials, some also of which is wood. Furthermore, my choice is mostly from the Royal bathrooms for they provide additional after-sale services as well, including free home delivery and exchange policy whenever any damage us reported in the whole process. We are usually not very much for changing our baths. We can quickly renovate, acquire a new wardrobe, or create tiling. Your bathroom can look a little tired, damaged, or scratched over time and make your bathroom look less than impressive. What choices are there?

Most baths are high duty acrylic these days and come with a side bath panel of acrylic. It is not particularly hard, and it does not take a lot more than a knee to strike the cheaper ones. You can even be scratched and hurt if you get vacuumed by kicks and impacts. An MDF bath panel is a perfect substitute. They are durable, can be coated in vinyl to provide a waterproof, scratch proof and stylistic surface.

A scale for bath installation

  1. It is essential to find a provider who can provide personalised service for you to supplant your bathroom. Bathroom measurements differ significantly, and, in some instances, it is growing to be found that the toilet is shorter than the hole in which it fits. Therefore, it is the first step in the process to find a supplier that can make an MDF bathroom panel suit. A strong and stable well-suited MDF bath panels can last a long time.
  2. The layout and design of the bathroom panel are next and perhaps the most important thing. A proper manufacturer will sell you several different panel types. We may have grooves, shaker types, or even simple frames. You must decide whether you want to be imaginative and get a pattern cut into your panel. Again, you need to find a vendor who has suitable CNC routers, and you need a good understanding of the design or pattern to do so. It can be worth the effort since you can achieve a unique design.
  3. You may get the vinyl panel MDF coated for colours, where a coating is added, e.g. in pine finish, oak, white, elm and black bath panels types. Vinyl coatings have a durable, clean wiping surface, but can limit your styling skills or the ability to suit the rest of your bathroom closely.
  4. The choice of a painted finish is another option. You can either have your supplier paint a colour that you choose or paint it yourself and match the other colours in your bathroom. Painting allows you more flexibility to design as you can also paint designs on the panel using stencils or even freehand in addition to cutting patterns into the MDF surface.
  5. One last thing with MDF bath panels is to make sure that the manufacturer provides MDF-resistant moisture because it is crucial to ensure that your MDF panel lasted. Bathrooms are steamy, and if they are not prone to moisture, MDF will expand.
